Our rates are very competitive charges depending on various factors involved in the translation process, such as: complexity of the subject matter, document format, software tools required to build the final translation product, general quality of the original, project size, turn-around requirements.

For large projects exceeding 50,000 words, we will offer a 15% discount.

To provide you with a translation cost estimate, we would need to see a partial sample of the source document. If mailing, please do not send the original (only a copy). We do not return materials submitted for translation cost estimate.

Payment

We can only accept wire transfer, Western Union, Moneygram.com as an official payment method as currently, Cheque, Credit Cards and any form of E-payment are not popular or effective in Vietnam.
